Registration Type
1.Student registration fee is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter is a student with requirement to show their student card(s).
2.Co-author or accompanying person needs to register as a listener to attend the conference.
3.Authors and presenters should register as scheduled suggested by the specific time.
4.One regular registration get only one proceedings.

Visa Information for Conference Participants
Depending on your nationality and travel purpose, you may or may not require a visa to enter China. Please review the following guidelines:
Visa-Free Entry
As of May 2025, citizens of several countries can enter China without a visa for short-term stays:
- Singapore: Visa-free entry for up to 30 days (mutual agreement).
- Japan: Visa-free entry for up to 30 days (unilateral policy, valid through December 31, 2025).
- Thailand, Malaysia, and the Maldives: Visa-free entry for up to 15 days (unilateral policy, valid through 2025).
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): Visa-free entry for up to 30 days (mutual agreement).
- European Countries: Citizens from 38 countries – including France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Ireland, Hungary, Austria, Belgium, and others – are eligible for visa-free entry for up to 15 or 30 days for tourism, business, and short-term activities (depending on bilateral agreements).

Visa Requirements
If your country is not listed under the visa-free policy, you will need to apply for a visa to enter China.
Tourist Visa (Type L): This is typically the most straightforward option for conference attendees.
Application: Apply at the Chinese embassy or consulate in your country or region of residence. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your planned entry date and has at least two blank pages.
Timeline: It is strongly recommended to apply at least one month in advance of your intended travel date.
